Where the Wild Things Eat… Annual Foraging Dinner at Wild Caraway

Hello there, friends. It's summertime and I'm taking the next couple of posts to let you know about a few unique experiences right here at home in Nova Scotia. I've spent some time travelling this Spring for work–with no shortage of great food shared with chefs and friends all over–but the real key here is you don't have to go all that far to find a culinary experience you can chalk up as a bucket list activity (if that's your kinda thing). 

It took me nine years to make the trek to this restaurant. Shameful, really. I have worked with Chefs Andrew Aitken & Sarah Griebel on many events over the years, so I have had the good fortune of sampling a fair amount of their food just not in their actual restaurant, the Wild Caraway Restaurant & Café.
