Squid Ink Pasta with Shrimp, Nduja, & Tomato

Well, hello there! Wha? Who me? Blogging? Nooooo, goooo ooonnnnn. I feel like every time I actually post these days, which appears to be at a rate of about once a month or so, I have to start by apologizing for being such a delinquent in this space, BUT I'm not going to do that anymore. Frequency is seriously overated. 

So, here we are at long last [big breath out], if you're still reading this second paragraph then goddamn it, I've got you. Allow me to wax on a bit. There has been a shitload of work, there have been travels, there have been shenanigans, there have been times when the paid writing gigs (which are awesome!) outweighed the time I took to write here personally... it's all good. 

And not only am I back, I'm back with a recipe that has some ingredients that are impossible to source locally (in Nova Scotia, at least). Why are you still reading this? Ask yourself.
